The Oncacare Academy is committed to capacity building and clinical excellence through training programmes for the cancer clinical research industry.

Conducting clinical trials

This programme is intended to equip the new research physicians, nurses, study coordinators and project managers with knowledge, skills and behaviours required for safely and efficiently conducting the clinical trials and to practice to the highest ethical and regulatory standards. 

Graduate Development Programme

The Graduate Development Program will be an opportunity for high achieving university graduates to enter employment under a structured and well thought out training and development program.

Oncacare Induction Programme

The Oncacare Induction Plan has been designed to ensure employees have a positive experience when joining the company. The Oncacare Induction Programme will be held on a monthly basis and will ensure that new employees meet peers from other areas of the business.
